Breathwork with Jordan Turner

Jordan Turner is an international mind and body transformation specialist who has coached and mentored CEOs, Celebrities, Professional Athletes.  During this session we discovered the transformation impact of breathwork with practical exercises to do at home. Breathwork can have profound benefits on all aspects of wellbeing including reducing stress, improving sleep, boosting digestion and optimising immune function to name a few.

Protect your Health in Later Life with Dr Stephanie Goodwin

Dr Goodwin has been a GP for over 25 years and is passionate about empowering her patients with the right information so they can prevent the onset of disease.  In this session we covered the major diseases that affect men and women as they enter later life such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and osteo athritis, and what we can do to protect ourselves from them from middle age onwards plus the symptoms to be aware of in the early onset stages of these chronic diseases.

Mastering Your Metabolism with Olga Hamilton 

Highly acclaimed nutritionist and TEDX speaker Olga Hamilton, shared with us how to put our bodies into a fat burning mode to increase our metabolism. We reviewed different dietary plans and how they work, plus covered all various factors that can potentially slow your metabolism down such as your hormones, genetics and gut bacteria and what can be done about them. We learned how our metabolism works and how we can manipulate it with specific foods, macronutrient ratios / food combining and meal timings.

Mindfulness with Sujay Seshadri

Sujay Seshadri is a personal coach and life skills trainer at the award winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary in Thailand. For the last 16 years Sujay has been enabling people to discover greater levels of commitment, success, love and increased physical and emotional wellbeing. In this Wellbeing at Home session we explored the popular practice of mindfulness which allows us to ground ourselves in the experiences of the present moment bringing calm and balance to the mind and body. Sujay taught us the  basics and guided us through a mindfulness practice.

I want to give you some background on who we are and our vision. As a specialist wellbeing travel company that has been running for close to 15 years we were faced with a choice when COVID 19 changed our lives in 2020. We could either sit it out and wait for some normality to resume or do something to help our clients that had to postpone their wellbeing retreats to get through this difficult time.

We chose the latter and introduced our free weekly Wellbeing At Home sessions for our community.

We have regularly delivered discussions and interactive classes with leading experts in the wellness field covering physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. We have covered a plethora of topics from nutrition, breathwork, mindfulness and positive mindset to name a few and all have been delivered for free because of our vision to enhance the wellbeing of as many people as we can.

Our community has grown and we have received such great feedback that we have decided to make this a permanent offering, expanding it to include a forum where our community can connect and support each other and also attend more detailed courses for the subjects they are interested in.

There are no catches or hidden subscription fees. We are an open and honest organisation that genuinely wants to help people lead happier and healthier lives. The way we see it is that if we can help you do this you can inspire others to do the same and that has to be a successful outcome for all involved. If you want to support us by buying one of our courses or our wellbeing holidays (when you can travel) then we will be grateful but there is no obligation.
