This event will be dedicated to exploring what happens when we fully allow ourselves to find out how connected we are with nature.
We will be joined by Personal Development Guide and resident Shaman at Palmaïa - The House of AïA, Balder. During the event he will help us discover and demystify Shamanism and guide us on how we can apply certain principles into our daily lives to achieve greater harmony and balance.
Balder will educate us on how the indigenous tribes follow practices steeped in wisdom, that are not only concerned with the health of individuals but the whole community, including plants, animals and all of life. In today’s world of materialism, some would say our departure from these principles have led us to greater disease of people and planet.
Balder will also teach us a seated mindful practice that we can apply to our daily lives to decrease stress and help us get out of our own personal theatre and drama. Leading us to a state of relaxation and understanding of our true nature.
