Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese self care healing art which is similar to acupressure. During the event, Dessi will introduce us to this simple and effective technique which involves gentle holds on particular points of the body which are called Energy Safety Locks. By stimulating these safety locks, the human body is invited to release stress, reboot and recharge. This is a non-invasive healing modality doable at anytime and anyplace. Dessi will teach us some routines that we can use as part of our daily life and help us deal with stress.
