The talk will explain why so many people struggle with low mood and anxiety and why it affects performance in the workplace as well as our personal relationships. It will review all potential nutritional and hormonal factors that can affect our mood both positively and negatively, nutrients that are necessary to make “happy hormones” dopamine and serotonin and explain how nutrition can help improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
The presentation will include practical measures on what foods to choose and why. The audience will learn practical tips and recipes, effective solutions for depression and anxiety that can be implemented easily and more importantly, understand how food and nutrients affect our state of mind!"
