Kundalini Yoga is for anyone: no need to be very flexible, no matter what age, no need to be anxious about being judged. Eyes closed throughout most of the practice, getting a true sense of what’s going on inside the body, mind and spirit. “If you don’t go within, you go without”. And, at the same time, having some fun! The event on Saturday is suitable for beginners.
This Kundalini class will focus on two kriyas (sets of movement). Colin will guide us through the Seven Steps to Health Kriya which will make you feel more energized, lighter and calmer whilst facilitating curiosity about your own body and mind. This will be followed by the The “Overwhelm” Kriya which is fun. We’ll move, shake, drum and clap to help to relieve anxiety, negative energy and stress.
