Resilience has been a buzzword over recent years but never before has it been as relevant as during the pandemic. But what does it really mean to be resilient? Karina will draw on her many qualifications and years of experience both in clinic and as Founder of the iconic Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary to discuss what it means to be resilient and why it is so important not only for our mental and emotional wellbeing but also to keep ourselves physically healthy. We will be covering the different approaches that are available to us to build and keep our resilience reserves high. From detoxing, to methods that specifically deal with stress, burnout and anxiety. You will be able to look out for signs to determine which is relevant approach for you for you and what steps you can take to start building your resilience in a holistic way.

A lovely talk filled with hope. I would have loved more but I realise that this topic is as big as the ocean and would always leave us wanting more. She has a lovely energy and made this feel doable.
Kamalaya fixed me too! I turned up a broken woman and left full of joy two weeks later. Looking forward to hearing from Karina especially as I was supposed to be there on holiday right now! If anyone ever wants to know more about Kamalaya I will be more than happy to tell you all about my favourite resort in the world.
