The pandemic has had such a major impact on our day to day lives. It has forced us to change how we work, who we meet, where we go and in many cases what our views are on what we want out of life. As we gradually come out of lockdown in the UK, with a view to all restrictions being lifted by the end of June, it has stirred up mixed feelings and fears in many of us.
Our transformation coach Claudia Roth will guide us in exploring how we deal with these fears so we can:
- Address the pressure of stepping back into the pre-pandemic hectic way of life and ease into a new flow
- Take the time to recognise how our values and priorities may have shifted
- Regain the courage to step out of our cocoons and re enter society
During the event, Claudia will share some tools and will cover a 4 step approach to help you manage fear. This event will be more interactive than our usual event format.

Easing out of Lockdown
The event was unique as we have not experienced breakout group work and a more interactive discussion for sharing experiences. I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was reassuring to share with like minded people who had so much in common. Claudia was very informative, I learned about the steps to take to reduce anxiety. Fantastic to hear Claudia’s wise insight into how to recognise and manage anxiety. The four steps presented were simple to follow but will take practice to master in the moment which I intend to attempt to do. The break-out session was a great opportunity to connect and share with others, I loved it, thank you Stella and Claudia.

I have used Claudia’s 4 point plan - Notice, Observe, Act and Reflect and think with it will be a really beneficial practice not just in coming out of lockdown but also for life in general ! Thank you for another good well-being session.
