Ultimate Self Care with Katie Brindle

Katie will introduce to us to the ancient Chinese practice of yang sheng which is the more accessible part of Chinese Medicine which you can do yourself from home. Despite originating over 5000 years ago, yang sheng can deal with modern day challenges such as stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. That’s because it’s based on Chinese medicine’s holistic and sophisticated understanding of how we function. The principle of yang sheng – and indeed of Chinese medicine – is that if you eliminate small health niggles as they arise, you’ll prevent bigger ones happening. Katie will cover how we can help remove niggles such as tiredness, anxiety and bad digestion from our lives in a holistic way as well as improve your energy, boost your mood and restore your skin’s radiance.
