EMOTIONAL WELLBEING

Our emotional and mental wellbeing is a key component to our overall health and directly impacts our physical health. In today’s modern western society we are accustomed to being busy whilst multitasking and being constantly distracted with phone notifications and work demands. This has led to an epidemic of stress, anxiety and poor mental health.
