Our sessions on women’s health explore how to care for your hormones whilst navigating through peri menopause,  menopause and post menopausal symptoms. At different stages of a woman’s life she requires specific nutrition, exercises and self care for optimal health which our experts can guide you through. With oestrogen and progesterone levels decreasing in later life it is imperative to take additional measures to protect bone and heart health for longevity and quality of life.  We look at women’s health from both modern western and traditional eastern perspectives which can be used in tandem for a complete understanding on how to care for yourself.
