Alyona is an international yoga teacher with 17 years of practicing, studying and teaching yoga. She has studied yoga with some of the famous and revered teachers in the USA and is currently developing her own teacher training programme .

Her teaching method focuses on alignment, precision and connection to the heart. Her classes inspire joy, peaceful stillness, and deeper appreciation of life. Alyona has taught and travelled around the world most recently having her base in New York. She has had the pleasure of guiding all walks of life with yoga, from celebrities to children with special needs and in private homes and big public festivals to name a few. Alyona has a deep interest and study in sound and nature and brings this through her yoga teachings.
